Brainic offer

Production AI engineering.

We build AI features, harden pilots, and connect the systems your product depends on. We agree a clear phase, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities for implementation and operations.

AI is our specialty, not a prerequisite for working together. We can also discuss a new product, application, integration, or standalone technical assessment.

Where the engagement can start

Three situations. One production standard.

01

Ship an AI feature

Situation

You want an AI feature in an existing or new product and need help with design, implementation, or integration.

Outcome

A feature integrated into the product, evaluated on relevant cases, and prepared for a controlled rollout.

02

Harden an AI pilot

Situation

The pilot works in demos, but failures, data access, costs, or missing monitoring block real-world use.

Outcome

Behavior checked against relevant cases, fallback paths, cost monitoring, and clear responsibilities for rollout.

03

Unblock the technical foundation

Situation

Fragile APIs, hard-to-access data, or missing integrations block a feature, application, or business process.

Outcome

A scoped integration or technical improvement, with tests and monitoring. It can be delivered independently of an AI project.

What the release includes

More than a model behind an endpoint.

01

Evaluation

Test sets, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops appropriate to the risk and use case.

02

Control

Permissions, data boundaries, guardrails, fallback paths, and human intervention where consequences require it.

03

Operations

Tracing, metrics, alerts, cost, and latency visible to the team operating the feature.

04

Ownership

Documentation, architecture decisions, and a rollout and handover plan for your designated team or partner.

Capabilities used only when they serve the outcome

  • LLM integration
  • RAG & retrieval
  • Agents & tool use
  • AI evaluations
  • Backend APIs
  • Data pipelines
  • Cloud & observability
  • Product integration

Getting started

First, decide what is worth building.

You do not need a complete specification. Where important uncertainties remain, we can start with a standalone technical assessment. If the direction is clear, we define the implementation phase.

  1. 01

    Technical fit

Discuss the problem, intended users, budget, priorities, and decision-maker. Compare custom development with using an existing solution.

  2. 02

    Assessment & acceptance

Define options, risks, acceptance criteria, and the boundaries of the proposed phase.

  3. 03

    Build & evaluate

Build complete workflows and check how they behave in the project systems.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

Prepare rollout, documentation, and responsibilities for operations and support.

How we assess a project

We clarify the goal, decision-maker, and a result we can evaluate. We check access requirements, budget, and delivery capacity before committing. A launched product or an in-house technical team is not required for the first conversation.

Need a different kind of help?

We can discuss MVPs, web or mobile apps, websites, integrations without AI, working with your team, and architecture assessments. Engagements can be scoped projects, implementation support, or technical consulting. We agree what we can take on based on the goal and available capacity.

First step

Not sure where to start yet?

Describe the problem and what you would like to change. You do not need to choose the technology or define the whole project first.
