The problem
An event organiser collected field data on paper. Documents were processed separately, and information reached the people coordinating the work late. Internet access was not always available.
What we built
We developed an application for forms, documents, products, and services, with an activity calendar. It connects to the company’s existing business management system and digital signature services.
Teams can work without a connection, and data synchronises when connectivity returns. Administration and reporting functions provide access to the collected information.
Its role in operations
Data is recorded where the work takes place and sent to the systems used by the business. Scheduling, documents, and reporting form part of the same workflow.
