The problem

The finance team processed invoices in different formats and manually entered their information into the systems used for financial records.

What we built

We implemented document reading and AI-assisted extraction of invoice fields. The data passes through checks before transfer into existing finance systems.

Uncertain cases and exceptions are separated for review rather than treated as reliable results.

Its role in finance work

The system connects an incoming document with the data needed by financial applications. Automation handles extraction and defined checks; uncertain cases remain with the team.
